About Us

Children's Services and Youth Sports is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation founded to assist community children's organizations with a persistent challenge: funding.

Our primary mission is to help qualified organizations enter the vast and often arcane world of workplace giving, beginning with the United States government’s Combined Federal Campaign. We are governed by an independent board of directors and operate as a CFC federation in accordance with regulations issued by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

Membership in CSYS is open to 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations that provide services primarily to children and that meet the tests of fiscal accountability, governance and programmatic impact required by the campaigns we enter.

We share an administrative staff with sister federations involved in workplace giving. This allows us to offer our services at low cost while maintaining high quality. Our partnership – the Workplace Giving Alliancee – is committed to upholding a high standard of efficiency, transparency and stewardship of pledged funds.
