We are currently accepting applications for the fall 2010 Combined Federal Campaign.
Please note that the CFC is administered in local zones and that each zone has its own deadline. We will enter multiple zones. Below, we list each zone that we now know we are entering, providing that zone’s deadline if it has been announced. We organize these zones by region of the country.
We highlight in red any zone where applications are now due.
Mid-Atlantic Region:
- Chesapeake Bay Area
– applications are now due
- National Capital Area
– deadline passed
- Potomac Area
– applications are now due
- South Hampton Roads
– applications are now due
New England:
- Eastern Massachusetts
– deadline March 5th, 2010
- Greater Hartford
– deadline March 5th, 2010

- RI /Southeastern Massachusetts
– deadline March 5th, 2010

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
- Permission to submit to additional CFC zones

The CFC is administered in local zones, each one of which requires a separate application. With your permission, we will submit your material to multiple zones where you may qualify. We will notify you as to where we have sent your material. Fax this form to us at 978-236-7272.
- Pro Forma 990

Some groups may need to submit certain pages of IRS Form 990 as a part of their CFC application. The “Pro Forma 990” may be found here.
Attachment A Help
- Returning Members: Unless advised otherwise, we strongly recommend you update the Attachment A used in the 2009 CFC application. If you are unable to locate a copy of this document, please contact our office; we may have one on file.
- New Applicants: Please refer to this document for help with your Attachment A. Always feel free to call us. 2010 Attachment A Advice
HOW TO SEND APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
- The completed application must be submitted as hard copy with original signatures to the federation office. Faxed and emailed copies of this document are not acceptable.
- Attachment A must be received as an electronic document; this will make it easier for our staff to help you if revisions are recommended.
- Attachments B-E to the application may be sent in whatever format is most convenient to you, including mail, express delivery, email attachments including PDF, or fax, but we strongly encourage electronic submissions.
